If you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered or if you have changed your mind regarding your purchase, you have the term of thirty (30) days required by Italian law.

The products must be returned possibly in their original packaging, with the original labels attached and must not be damaged or altered in any way.

The return of the product purchased within the terms indicated above replaces, for all intents and purposes, the written communication provided for by art.52 of Legislative Decree n.21 of 21 February 2014 and by Legislative Decree 206/2005.

You will be reimbursed, within fourteen (14) calendar days through the method you used to make the payment.

To exercise your right of return, you must go to your profile, click on "Make a return", choose a reason, select the order and follow the instructions. The return has a fixed cost of € 7.90. Shipping cost will not be refund.
